- RedCon1Response is not a 24/7 emergency incident response service unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
- Submitting a form, downloading a resource, or booking a call does not create an emergency response relationship, attorney-client relationship, managed security relationship, or guaranteed availability.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, scrape content at scale, submit harmful code, or use the site to transmit sensitive incident data.
- Do not submit credentials, malware, regulated data, protected health information, privileged legal material, or confidential evidence through public forms.
Educational content
Articles, checklists, templates, readiness scenarios, and downloadable resources are provided for general educational and planning purposes. They should be adapted to your organization’s environment, legal obligations, insurance requirements, and risk profile.
Services and engagement terms
